I’ve been seeing a lot about salted caramel chocolate brownies recently (and variations of, such as cookies, slices, tarts and cakes), so I thought I’d get some recipes together and then figure out my own.
I’m not good at following recipes and often add or substitute ingredients, which would explain why Mr Luscious is a better and much more consistent cook than me.
The key thing I’m looking for in this recipe is the gooey factor – there is something soooo luscious about it being gooey, no?
