UPDATED: The house used in the film was sold around August 2014 to James Tisch, CEO of Loews Corporation, for $41 million. It’s located at 576 Meadow Ln, Southampton, NY 11968
It was an off-market sale, so there is no official sale listing.
The house, built in 2000 by Mediabistro.com founder Alan Meckler, is 8000sf, has 11 bedrooms, and is set on two acres of oceanfront.
Mr. Tisch’s new billionaire neighbors include Henry Kravis at 490 Meadow Lane, Gerald J. Ford at 450 Meadow Lane, Leon Black at 766 Meadow Lane, and David Koch at 880 Meadow Lane. Of course Calvin Klein is just down the road at 650 Meadow.
Other famous neighbours include billionaire investor Leon Black and hotelier Ian Schrager.
